You Found the Perfect Mattress: Now You Need It Delivered
At Parklane Mattresses, our goal is to make your entire shopping experience as easy as possible. That is why we take the necessary steps to ensure your purchase arrives on time and in mint condition.
Scheduling Your Delivery
One of our sales associates will schedule your delivery at the time of purchase, helping you select a date and a morning or afternoon time slot. From there, we will call you the day before your scheduled delivery with a narrowed 2-hour window. Please note that if we do not speak with you directly, then we will leave a message and send an e-mail with this information. Finally, on the day of your scheduled delivery, our delivery team will call you when they are on their way to your home. You can also call our Customer Service Department at 800-790-6422 if you have any questions or concerns.
Our delivery team will bring your new mattress to your home and set it up for you. Please note that our delivery team will not move any items inside, behind, or in front of your home to make a clear path from the truck to the bedroom. You should make a clear path before our team arrives, which involves removing any hanging pictures, artwork, or mirrors from the walls, and removing any furniture or rugs that could be obstacles or tripping hazards. When they arrive, our delivery team will carry your new mattress and foundation to the desired bedroom, assemble the bed frame (this does not include attaching a headboard or footboard), place the mattress and foundation on the frame, and remove any packaging. Delivery includes 2 flights of stairs, or 26 steps. With that in mind, the customer is responsible for moving the mattress up any additional steps. Please note that our delivery team will not hoist mattresses over railings, balconies, or through windows, nor will they assemble bed frames or motion beds that are already owned by the customer and not purchased from Parklane Mattresses for delivery. Parklane Mattresses does not accept responsibility for damages that occur during normal delivery. We are proud to share that we have made thousands of deliveries with a 99.9% success rate.
If you select our Doorway Delivery option, then our delivery team will bring your mattress to your home and leave it wrapped in the protective plastic that covers all of our new products. Upon your request, our team will leave the mattress in your entryway or garage. Please note that you assume all responsibility for unwrapping and setting up your new mattress and foundation.
Free: for purchases of $599 or more that are delivered within a 30-mile radius of our factory in Tualatin, Oregon.
$55: for purchases under $599 that are delivered within a 30-mile radius of our factory in Tualatin, Oregon.
If a purchase needs to be delivered outside the 30-mile radius of our factory in Tualatin, Oregon, then the delivery cost will be provided in store, at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not deliver outside the 90-mile radius of our factory.
