Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Installation:
- If you ask our delivery team to bend your mattress during installation, then your warranty may be voided.
- If you use a non-standard bed frame with less than 5 legs for a queen mattress and less than 6 legs for a king or California king mattress, then your warranty will be voided.
- Our delivery team will not move any items inside, behind, or in front of your home to make a clear path from the truck to the bedroom. You are responsible for making a clear path, which involves removing any hanging pictures, artwork, or mirrors from the walls, and any furniture or rugs that could be obstacles or tripping hazards. Delivery includes 2 flights of stairs, or 26 steps. You are responsible for moving the mattress and foundation up any additional steps. Our delivery team will not hoist mattresses or foundations over railings, balconies, or through windows.
Please Read the Following Information Carefully:
We offer a 90-Night Comfort Guarantee. There is a disposal and handling fee of $150 per mattress for all comfort exchanges. Our delivery team will pick up your original purchase for recycling and bring your new mattress to your home.
We require that you try out your new mattress set for a minimum of 21 nights before processing an exchange. An exchange will not be allowed after 90 nights have passed.
If you want to exchange your foundation for a lower or higher profile model, then there will be a $100 exchange and re-delivery fee. We offer 9″ and 4 1/2″ foundations.
We offer a recycling service. If our delivery team brings a new Parklane® mattress to your home, then the fee for recycling your old set is $35 per piece. If you only need our recycling service, then the fee is $70 per piece.
All sales are final for the following items: pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, bed frames, and adjustable motion bases.
We will only exchange or refund an adjustable motion base if the exterior box has not been opened. Once the box is opened, the electronic base is nonreturnable. All warranties and repairs are handled by the manufacturer.
We automatically register your warranty for you. The law tag must be on both your mattress and foundation for any warranty claims, and you will need your sales receipt.
